This project is a remodel and second story addition to a 1940's house in the
View Ridge neighborhood of Seattle.
The project will
include an Accessory Dwelling Unit, a 6000 kWh/yr. PV array, rainwater harvesting, a Green
roof, advanced framing, radiant floor heating w/ HRV, FSC-certified
wood throughout, rainscreen siding, and jobsite recycling.
