Jim has 20 years of experience in residential, institutional, office, and other project types.He is a Certified Passive House Consultant, and a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Passive House Northwest, Built-Green, Solar Washington, and the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild. He is currently serving as President of Passive House Northwest.
