Mercer Island Remodel

This was an extensive exterior remodel to an existing late 80’s era house, generated by a need to upgrade the building envelope performance, particularly in regards to air-tightness, waterproofing, whole-house ventilation and indoor air quality. The house was re-roofed, flashed, and re-sided, and a roof was added at the entry. The project is Built-Green certified.
