Queen Anne House

This is a remodel and second story addition to a 1930’s house in the Queen Anne neighborhood. The client is a builder interested in integrating modernism and green design into the speculative home market. The house takes advantage of panoramic views to the east, and was inspired in part by mid-century homes in the neighborhood. The project is Built-Green certified.
