This project is a remodel and second story addition to a 1940's house in the View Ridge neighborhood of Seattle.

The project includes an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), a 4000 kWh/yr. PV array, rainwater harvesting, a green roof, advanced framing, radiant floor heating w/ HRV, FSC-certified wood throughout, rainscreen siding,  and jobsite recycling. This project will be a LEED for Homes Certified remodel.
